Sarah Mitchell is a passionate disability services leader with more than 18 years of experience across the disability, community and social care sectors. She is committed to creating an organisation where people with disability have genuine choice, greater independence and the opportunity to live meaningful lives.
As CEO of My Living Options, Sarah provides strategic leadership and works closely with participants, families, staff and community partners to strengthen the organisation’s services and culture.
Sarah believes that quality disability support begins with listening. Her leadership approach focuses on person-centred practice, inclusion, collaboration and creating positive outcomes for the people My Living Options supports.
Daniel Williams brings more than 15 years of experience in operations and service management across the community and disability sectors.
As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel oversees the day-to-day delivery of My Living Options’ services, with a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
He is passionate about creating systems and processes that allow support teams to focus on what matters most: providing personalised support and helping participants achieve their goals.
Daniel works closely with staff and leadership teams to ensure services are delivered consistently while remaining responsive to the individual needs of each participant.
Emily Carter is an experienced disability services professional with a strong background in person-centred support and service development.
In her role as Head of Disability Services, Emily works with teams across My Living Options to ensure participants receive support that reflects their individual goals, preferences and circumstances.
Emily is particularly passionate about supporting people to develop greater independence and participate more actively in their homes and communities.
Her approach is based on collaboration, respect and recognising the strengths and abilities of every person.
Michael Anderson has more than 10 years of experience working across disability and community support services.
As Service Delivery Manager, Michael works closely with support teams, participants and their support networks to help ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully and consistently.
Michael believes that effective support is about more than completing daily tasks. It is about building relationships, encouraging independence and creating opportunities for people to make their own choices.
He is committed to supporting teams to provide high-quality services while maintaining a strong focus on participant wellbeing and individual outcomes.
Olivia Thompson brings extensive experience in human resources, staff development and workplace culture.
At My Living Options, Olivia leads initiatives focused on attracting, developing and supporting a skilled and compassionate workforce.
She believes that creating a positive workplace culture has a direct impact on the quality of support provided to participants. Olivia works to ensure team members feel valued, supported and equipped to make a meaningful difference.
She is passionate about diversity, inclusion and creating a workplace where people from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives can contribute and thrive.
James Wilson is an experienced quality and compliance professional with a background in disability and community services.
His role focuses on maintaining high standards across My Living Options’ services and ensuring the organisation continues to meet relevant NDIS requirements and quality standards.
James works closely with staff and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen service quality and promote safe and effective practices.
He believes that quality is an ongoing commitment and that listening to participant feedback is essential to improving the way services are delivered.
